Cialis takes a little while to kick in - usually reaching peak effect around the 2-hour mark. The other most common ED drug is Cialis, approved by the FDA in 2003. The sale of Viagra and Cialis, as well as of their cousin Levitra, has been great news for men having problems in the bedroom.

Cialis Together is a new brand of Cialis, which is available from pharmacies without a prescription. It is the same medicine as tadalafil, or generic Cialis, which Dr Fox also supplies. CIALIS is only for men over the age of 18, including men with diabetes or who have undergone prostatectomy. CIALIS for once daily use resulted in improvement in the IPSS total score at the first scheduled observation (week 2) and throughout the 12 weeks of treatment ( see Figure 8). Less than 0.0005% of the administered dose appeared in the semen of healthy subjects. The mean apparent volume of distribution following oral administration is approximately 63 L, indicating that tadalafil is distributed into tissues. At therapeutic concentrations, 94% of tadalafil in plasma is bound to proteins.

The majority of men notice will firmer and longer lasting erection within 5 days of starting the treatment. The treatment will not resolve the underlying physical cause of your ED or increase your sexual desire. You may find that one works better for your schedule or that there are differences in the side effects for you. But these medications work the same basic way, so you’re likely to have similar results.

The FDA’s suggested dosing instructions for daily Cialis are based on its use. For treating ED, the FDA recommends starting with 2.5 mg of Cialis, taken at approximately the same time every day, regardless of when sexual activity may take place. This once-daily dose may be increased to 5 mg, depending on how well it's working and any side effects. Cialis works by delaying the action of enzymes called PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5), which regulate blood flow in the penis.
